What is a pdf pattern?
Your pattern will be delivered as a zip-folder, which, once it is unzipped, will contain various pdf files. You will be able to open these files on your computer. You will always find one file with detailed step-by-step instructions as well as a DinA4 size pattern and a seperate DinA0 size pattern. You can either print the DinA4 pattern sheet at home and glue the different pages together or you can use the DinA0 file for printing at a copy shop.

How can I access my pattern?
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after checkout. This email will contain a link to the patterns in your Lybstes account. You will be able to download your patterns directly from your account. All patterns that you’ve bought will remain permanently in your account. This way you can login and download them whenever you want.

Where do I find my previously purchased patterns?
During the registration process you will create an account at Lybstes. There you will be able to review your orders and to download all your purchased patterns.

The lines of my pattern are angled after printing. What should I do?
Make sure to download and save the pattern on your computer. If this doesn’t work, check whether your pdf reader is up to date. In very rare cases it may be necessary to update the printer driver.

What is a seller’s licence?
If you want to sell items made from this pattern (in an online or local shop or at craft fairs etc.), you need to buy a seller’s licence. You will have to buy a licence for each pattern that you want to use. You may either buy an one-year-licence (limited to one year starting at the purchase date) or a 75-pieces-licence (limited to 75 pieces without a time limit).

You can purchase the seller’s licence here: seller’s licence (german website). You will have to further identify online in the item selling description or on fairs and in local shops on separate signs or on labels/tags that the item has been made using a pattern by lybstes.

Can I sell items without buying a licence?
You may sell up to 10 pieces per pattern without purchasing a licence. This way you can test which patterns sell well and for which you want to buy a licence. Beyond that – so starting with the 11th item – you need a seller’s licence. You will find that as a variation for each pdf pattern in the shop.
